Zinc flake coating outperforms traditional electroplating and hot-dip galvanising for high-performance fasteners and structural components. It applies in thin, precise layers (typically 8–20 microns) without introducing hydrogen into the substrate — eliminating hydrogen embrittlement risk for Grade 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 high-tensile fasteners. Thread geometry is preserved, enabling accurate torque-tension control across automated assembly lines.
Our basecoat and topcoat systems are RoHS-compliant and hexavalent chromium-free, meeting international environmental standards required by European automotive OEMs, Indian Railways specifications, and marine classification requirements. Friction coefficients are precisely calibrated (0.09–0.18), ensuring consistent clamp force and eliminating assembly-line variability.
