Components are immersed in our chemical degreasing tank to remove oil, grease, machining fluids, dirt, and other contaminants. Proper cleaning creates a perfectly prepared surface for optimum coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.
Precision Surface Preparation
After degreasing, components undergo automatic shot blasting to remove rust, mill scale, oxidation, and surface impurities. This process creates the ideal surface profile required for maximum coating performance.
Uniform Zinc Flake Coating Application
Our semi-automatic dip spin system applies zinc flake coating evenly to fasteners and precision components. The spinning process removes excess coating while ensuring consistent thickness and excellent coverage, even on complex shapes.
Controlled Heat Curing for Maximum Performance
Coated components are cured inside our conveyor oven at controlled temperatures of approximately 300°C. The curing process chemically bonds the coating, providing exceptional adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Thread geometry is preserved, enabling accurate torque-tension control across automated assembly lines.
Our basecoat and topcoat systems are RoHS-compliant and hexavalent chromium-free, meeting international environmental standards required by European automotive OEMs, Indian Railways specifications, and marine classification requirements. Friction coefficients are precisely calibrated (0.09–0.18), ensuring consistent clamp force and eliminating assembly-line variability.
